For international students, pursuing MBBS in Serbia holds considerable appeal. Regarding medical education, in Serbia, akin to other European countries, the degree is referred to as MD (Doctor of Medicine). Graduates from Serbian medical universities listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) are eligible to appear for the National Exit Test (NEXT) in India, facilitating practice in the country. Alternatively, students may opt to sit for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and pursue medical postgraduate studies in the US.
